I have dark brown (nearly black) eyes and pale skin, any makeup ideas that could make them pop?

I am the exact same I like putting purple on the lower lash line it makes your eyes pop! Also try some bronzer I'm pale and just use a little bronzer and instantly look like a got a face tan;) also coral blush looks good on pale skin. Another look use rose gold shades I promise it will look amazing. Hope that helped :)

I like shimmery light or bright neutrals, coppery colors, golds, purple, and I like a white liner here and there to POP.

I love purples on me and also that bronze color makes my eyes appear lighter. I love that sometimes!!
