Purple Hair! Help!

It looks like you have some lighter and darker pieces in your hair, if you totally don't mind the different tones you could, but I would definitely recommend a smooth canvas for any of the in human colors. Maybe even lighten your hair up to one or two levels evenly.

Personally I think that color looks best on shorter hair. However, I think the color would go well with your skin tone and such. You might wanna lighten your hair to all the same level though...

If I were you I wouldn't dye my whole head purple but maybe the ends, it would look nice with your hair. but if you want to dye your whole head I suggest you should bleach it but not too much.

I think it would look super cute n edgy on you... like most have suggested maybe even out the dark to blonde before you dye it but go to a salon.

And basically, the lighter the hair to start with, the brighter the purple. You'll get a deeper purple with your hair like that.

I'm going to completely disagree with Jessica D's rude comment. I think it would look awesome on you! do it! you may want to do a test strand first. if you bleach it first then the color is probably going to stay longer. its for sure.going to.be darker where your hair is darker. but it will probably pick up nicely on the blonde pieces.
