I'm going to a really fancy restaurant and I don't know what to wear. I kinda want to wear a skater skirt with tights, but what shirt/shoes?

Maybe a Lacey shirt. Something pretty/girly!
And for shoes cute ballet flats or if you want heels then maybe some pumps.
