Hi guys, I have the worst habit of biting my nails and when I do grow them they grow horribly. any idea's to help me stop, I've tried everything :(

Paint your nails so that they're pretty. I couldn't bite them when they were painted, I hate getting nail polish in my mouth... Or you can buy one of those nail polishes that taste rotten... ORR you can stop biting one, then the next week stop biting 2, next 3, so on.

For me I just had to commit to it. I wanted long nails so I just made sure to constantly remind myself of that. having them painted nicely also helps since you don't want to eat nail Polish and because they look too nice. make sure to shape them when they grow in and use a nail strengthener to help them grow in thicker. that was my main problem. since touch bit them the nail is damaged so it needs to grow in healthy. also make sure to file them in one direction and use oils/ creams on your cuticles. This is what I got mine to before one broke so I had to trim them.
