Are there any good liquid foundations (don't like powder) that won't hurt my skin or make me break out, that will also really match my skin tone?

I'd definitely recommend checking out Holika Holika BB cream, and I agree with Jacqlyn on CoverFx.
on another note, just a reminder that threads like this that talk specifically about products belong in the Makeup section =) I'll move it for you this time, but in the future please keep that in mind and feel free to ask myself or any of the moderators for clarification on any of the rules at any point. here's a refresher:

I'd suggest the tarte one, I use it and my skin is so so so sensitive. But it doesn't irritate or break me out. It's the only foundation that doesn't react to my skin in awful ways.

Also pale and my skin is crazy sensitive (I have to use a normal face wash as an exfoliant) and I like max factor cc cream or loreal true match. Revlon colourstay is also good, quite heavy though, the other two I mentioned are much more buildable then Revlon. I'm aching to buy the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation though, you should look into that one too.

I'm in the same exact boat. Tarte bb is awesome!! Almost the right color, perfect for summer. Nars tinted moisturizer has awesome colors but it did irritate me but I know it's not irritating for most. It cosmetics cc cream is perfect IMO! Clinique bb was too dark, cc color was amazing love this stuff!! Josie maran has pale colors, I'm oily was a little too moisturizing perfect for dry skin. Dr jart has a bb called v7 that's supposed to be super pale, haven't tried it but I want too. Smash box bb was a great color but was kinda irritating for me. I've tried a ton of others that were too orange and dark. I'm currently trying a few korean bb products and so far the lightest have been too dark and they clog my pores easily! Good luck!!
