I think so (: I think fairer skin looks so pretty with bright lipsticks. As long as you wear the lipstick and are confident, you can rock anything. I love the Tarte lipsurgence in Joy because you can make it sheer or really bright, it's glossy, and had a minty taste. (: Revlon's lipstick in Siren is good if you want more of a satin/matte finish. (:

I don't think it would look right. You have more of a pink color in you skin but not really with orange so I feel it would look odd. Reds, pinks and maybe some purple would look amazing on you :)

I think that you should try a reddish orange lipstick, like Nars' Heat Wave, and see if that gives sort of the effect you're going for. True orange is really hard to pull off, because it's very yellow toned and therefore can make your teeth look yellow. but, a blue based coral or reddish orange could look beautiful. there's a picture of Heat Wave on my profile, if you'd like to check it out.
