I am graduating soon and I am thinking of getting acrylic French tip nails. I think it would look good but I heard that it ruins you nails. What do you think? Should I get them?

No definitely no! if your nails are small just put some fake nails! acrylic COMPLITELY ruin your nails and it doesn't let them breathe! never put acrylic nails! put fake nails that last for about 2 weeks:)

They last up to 2-4 weeks depends how much you use your hands really they are quite easy to chip x

Just so you know before they apply the acrylic they complealty mess up your natural nail , they file all your natural nail and leave you with a dead nail then they apply this glue that complealty ruin your nails and it's also a lot of money to pay for some plastic stuck on your nails , honestly I would grow your nails and get them painted professionally don't let acrylics trick you x

It's true tho why mess up your perfectly natural nails for some plastic stuck on top of them which lasts about 3 weeks x

They look really good but damage nails real bad I used to get acrylics all the time and my nails were so damaged I was able to bend them back. So I say no to acrylics

If they only last for a couple of weeks, there's no point, yes you can have the re-done but your natural nails are ruined! And when you have other things you need to buy,pay off etc.then you will be having you nails ruined! So I wouldn't :-)

I do my own acrylic and it won't wreck your nails if it's done right. What happens a lot is that people leave them on too long. You should never keep them on for longer than 2 weeks, but honestly, they look gorgeous.

I love them but can't have them at work so I get gel/shellac and love it.
