Is it true that you have to trow away your mascara 3 monts after it being opened because of lash mites?

I don't know about lash mites but its wise to trash a tube after 3 months due to bacteria growth that takes place.

Lash mites are parasites and not a bacteria. I just asked the doc in the family. They feed off the debris (dry skin). I had to make him stop because he was getting really deep and my skin was starting to itch.lol
