I really want to grow my hair out, but I want tips that don't involve conditioning. For example what can I do that will make it grow naturally faster? Please and thank you!!

Apply olive oil onto your hair 2-3 times a week, leave on overnight & wash off
Also avoid using heat on your hair, wash your hair 1-2 times a week no more,
Make sure you brush your 2 times a day, morning & evening
Don't go to sleep with wet hair or rub wet hair with a towel, you can pat it dry tho.
Take some fish oil, gives healthier hair & skin.
Don't tie hair to too tight esp before bed, keep it in a lose pony tail or lose plaits.
Don't brush hair when wet
These things takes great care & time.
Don't worry, following those tips hair should growl quickly
:) good luck

I'm trying to grow out my hair also. I've completely cut out heat, including blow drying. I use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and only wash it two or three times a week. I also put coconut oil on it a lot. braiding it while its wet, then sleeping with it like that is really awesome for me. I wake up with curls and just have to pin my bangs back in the morning. so far my hair has gotten much thicker and there's a bit of growth.
