If you see pinks in your skin you're most probably cool toned, but you should still take a picture of the veins under natural light, not sunlight or yellow light. And your skin is flawless, I don't think you need foundation.

Another method is to pull your hair back, away from the face in a bun and wrap a white towel around your neck and shoulders, then look at your face in natural or white light, if you see pinks in your face then you're cool toned, if greens, warm toned.
