Do brand names always have good quality products?

It has it's pros and cons like anything else and most high brands own the so called regular store brands, which I think some people don't realize.

Depends on preference and what your looking for in a particular product. For the most part, you get what you pay for. But I've been disappointed by some high end brands (Stila lip gloss comes to mind) and I love wet'n'wild eye shadows. Go figure.
