It's basically like a Sephora, but with products of high & low end. I love it! I don't know if they have their own makeup line, but the store is fabulous!

I've heard they are hit and miss. I would look online and get reviews for each individual item you are interested in. or just try it out and return it if it's bad.

As far as ulta products go, I'd stick either with their kohl eyeliners, lip stains, and tinted lip balm. their nail polishes are also good. I wouldn't use their foundations or anything else like mascara or liquid eyeliner. they're not that great.

Oh and their lip sticks are meh. hit or miss like stated already. if you wanna try them stick to the ones in the silver tubes, not the plastic ones. also in this month's flyer they're advertising a new ulta lipstick with a color core, which I'm interested in trying out, but I just went last night and they're not out on display yet
