^^ agreed. My cousin has cystic acne and his derm put him on medication and within 6 months it was all gone and has stayed gone. Your derm could also inject cortisone shots if there are 1-2 that are really painful. Nothing over the counter is going to do a whole lot of help. So sorry! But it is easily curable. (:
