How do you apply eye shadow tips suggests where too apply I'm soo lost where to apply.

You apply the lightest colors all over the lid and apply the darkest color in the outer corner and you can blend into the crease. But the.application depends on the look, I would look up some tutorials on YouTube to get a better idea.
