Hii, so my hair is thick and naturally wavy, and it's frizzy...
so I was wondering you guys knew any ways for me to get really nice loose waves with no heat... or loose curls?

I love doing a French braid for loose waves. And of course there's always a bun. Also twisting wet hair works nicely, but you have to be willing to play with your hair until it dries :p

I put some schwarzkopf satin hair spray at night after washing and deep conditioning, then I twist my hair into a bun and sleep in it, the first time I did this I had a headache cuz the hair got pulled in my sleep but now I only sleep on the sides when doing this. In the morning when I wake up, I get really beautiful soft curls, my hair is naturally wavy, and this could work for you since you have similar.

For waves, I just put my hair in two braids and sleep on it. Sometimes it frizzes, but if you do a good job conditioning that night it should be good to go!
