That's so much fun! The gatsby theme is basically 1920's style...so like old school..red lips wing eyeliner...think flapper dancer style Lol. For hair you can do old Hollywood pin curls and a deep part to the side...the clothes are usually those short fringy flowy dresses...I'll find some pics and post.
