Extremely Dry Skin

I've been experiencing super dry skin lately. Its all flaky and my entire face is basically one huge dry patch :D. I havent found a cream that would help and I even tried to use olive and argan oil, but it is only a temporary solution as my skin dries up quite quickly. Any recommendations are welcome.

I suggest going to the dermatologist. S/He'll will give you the perfect skincare routine and products to use :)

I'm currently using Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser. It does make my skin feel tight after I used it, but I havent had any problems with it so far. It might just be the dry cold weather. I have heard great things abour the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish though, might give it a try.

CeraVe all the way! I have super dry skin and it has helped me so much. I use the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and the Moisturizing Lotion, I also like the Moisturizing Cream for nighttime because its thicker

It's definitely necessary to gently exfoliate in this case, it will help to remove the dead skin patches and allow the moisturizers you're using to penetrate the skin. I have extremely dry skin too, so I stay away from any scented facial products and stick to using Clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion and when I need it I use Josie maran argan oil as well. I find the Josie maran argan cleanser works really well for my skin and doesn't dry it out or break me out.
