I personally love my L'Oreal True Match Super Blendable foundation. I think it really depends on your skin type. Do you have oily, combination, or dry skin? What kind of finish do you want? I believe they both have a light/medium coverage.

The Lumi foundation will definitely give you a dewy finish. It's meant to give that "luminous" effect on your skin. The Super Blendable foundation has a satin-dewy finish. I have oily skin so it does make my skin look a bit dewy (nothing too greasy). However you should also apply a primer and setting powder over your foundation to take away the dewy effect. I use a primer and my foundation looks natural/slightly dewy throughout the day but when I use my primer it definitely helps control shine and makes a big difference. I personally found that matte foundations made my pimples look even more noticeable whereas a foundation with a more natural finish made them kind of blend in more.

I really don't like the lumi foundation, it's really not longwearing, it wears off like after 3 hours, has a light coverage, makes the skin look dewy(I don't really love dewy finish, but you have to find your style).
I've not tried the l'oreal super blendable true match, but I really don't recommend the lumi one.
