Concealer that does it all?

I am looking for a good concealer that conceals, treats for wrinkles, and has a high broad spectrum SPF.. Does this exist? Any suggestions?

Does that exist?? It would only really be in a bb cream.

I found neutrogena 3-1 concealer which is an eye cream, concealer, and SPF 25. I think it works well. The reason for the high demands is I have melasma and I want to conceal dark spots on the go and reapply SPF at the same time.
