I would only use it at night, that's what I do. And fyi, you don't have to press down very hard with it at all. Plus, you will get a breakout period as your skin adjusts to it. It sucks, but after that your skin gets so much better.

You can use it twice a day if your skin can handle it. Everyone's skin can handle different things, some can handle using it more than others. But I find if I just use mine at night I don't usually need it in the morning. I love mine though. Although I have to ship mine back to Clarisonic and hopefully get a warranty replacement because the power button on mine broke. I've had it for a year but thankfully the Mia 2 has a 2 year warranty. I'm missing mine now though lol.

I love it I have the clarasonic aria at first I was afraid to use it because of the whole break out thing but then I started using it and I love it get compliments that my skin looks glowy I use it twice a day.
