You don't have that bad acne. How old are you? It looks like normal hormonal acne which gets almost everyone in their teens. But I understand you are worried, it's really annoying. I suggest you to visit dermatologist if you can to prevent worsening it. Meanwhile try not to use very harsh acne treatments too often because it dries out skin a lot. Don't forget to moisturize your skin after (even the oily skin needs it especially the skin after cure with drying acne treatments). And also don't try every product you see in the drugstore and get them a chance for working. If you change too much your skin won't react positively. For now find a gentle everyday cleanser, moisturizer and acne cream/treatment with for example benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

Dermatologist are expensive and probably not worth the little bit of acne, it's not bad and it happens to everyone. Try moisturizing after you wash your face, dermatologists can't do anything about puberty.
