The healthiest way is stop eating meat. But make sure you get protein from other sources :) my friend lost 19 lbs in 3 wks by eating only salad and doing cardio for 40 minutes a day 5 or 6 days a week

My diet is as follows: I do not eat red meat, no salts, no sugars, and no cookies or junk food.
I replace junk food such as chips, cookies, etc with fresh cut fruits such as apple, pineapple, pears, strawberries. Do not eat grapes or bananas a lot since they are sugars. Eat whole grain breads and whole grain cookies. Low fat milk and yogurt if you eat those/drink.
Do cardio 3 times a week at least. You will lose weight with this. I lost about 12 pounds in 2 weeks.
