I love both!

For me, it really depends on what look I'm going for and how much time I have on my hands. I feel like there are a variety of lash strips so you can accomplish any type of look with minimal time. However, when I want to go a little more natural or I just want my lashes to look a little fuller, then I like to do the individuals.
