First you need to change your diet completely. I don't know what you eat on a regular bases. The things you will need to cut out will be: chips, too much salt, chocolates or cookies high in sugar - replace with whole grain cookies. While snacking eat fruits such as apple, pear, strawberries. Grapes and banana have higher sugar content. Eat plain non fat yogurt. In short stay away from sugars too much carbs and salt. I follow this diet plan and I did it to make my lifestyle better but also lost weight in the process.
