I'm going to a concert today and I decided to do a dark eye, no eyeshadow but waterproof mascara and water proof gel liner set with black eyeshadow! My friend I'm going with had urban decay all nighter spray so I set it with that! I also applied light concealer and an had powder under my eyes!
