Hello I'm 28 years old and recently my skin has started breaking out in spots really badly.
I do sometimes forget to take my make up off so I know that doesn't help.
Do you have any hints or tips on how to get rid of spots? Also any tips on the best way to cover them without drawing attention to them?
Any help would be appreciated xxx

What is your Skin type? where are your breakouts? do you exfoliate regularly? what is your Skincare routine?

Drink loads of water!! start from the inside out. Water is the best body cleanse. spots can be caused by over production of oil due to dry/dehydrated skin or can be hormonal (have you had a baby recently? and check your contraception) xx

I definitely agree with exfoliation but don't over - do it as skin reacts in every way possible to protect itself. don't forget to moisturise even if your skin is oily - just use something more fluid (less greasy). to cover - primer is key! and be cream with a lightweight concealer if necessary. and for every day keep loose powder to hand in case your concealer slides.

Start by correcting what you already know you're doing wrong: remove your make up every night!
Drink lots of water. Eat healthy. Keep your skin always clean and hydratated and use things you eat on your face too. I use on my face all sorts of foods: eggs, patatoes, cabbages, tomatoes, and others that are already famous for using as masks.
This are what I do to generally keep my skin healthy.
And about spots use an AHA anti-spot.

Thank you so much. I have dry/oily/sensitive skin. The break out is on my chin area. I will defo try drinking more water, and take my make up off every night. I don't exfoliate that often as finds that makes my skin break out more. Xxx

I recently started using the Glam Glow Clearing Treatment and used it as a mask all over my face and when I have certain problem areas I just apply it those areas and it has worked wonders...I LOVE this stuff!!
