I have the Makeup Forever white eyeliner from Sephora. I use it in the inner corners of my eyes to give my eyes that "Refreshed" look. Be sure to blend it with your fingers, though.

I want to try the whole under the eye look, I blend it in too? I usually apply Champaign shimmer in my inner corner I'm not that light skinned I don't want it to look weird ither

Instead of white a use a nude /flesh tones liner its more natural and it still brightens your eyes i use a concealer pencil(:

I love white eyeliner on my water line, it makes your eyes look so big & wide awake. My pick is the NYX white liner - works great, is super creamy, & isn't priced as high as some of the others. Hope this helps :)
