*Anna Sui has some really nice palettes. Mostly limited edition but there are some permanent ones as well.

Lol I keep remembering palette :) wet and wild have some nice colorful palettes as well. This one was just released in January.

If you're looking for some really intense bright colors, hold out for Urban Decay's electric palette. I'm not sure when it will be out but it looks AMAZING. Super bright, awesome colors. I am drooling over it haha. So ready for some color!
