Its me again lol. So I just started using the body shop extra virgin foundation and tea tree primer, been a week, has medium coverage and inexpensive. Not a single breakout too =)

MUFE HD is my favorite for heavy duty buildable coverage. That being said it's not my absolute favorite foundation- that's Tarte 24/7 Maracuja oil foundation. I have acne prone skin and it doesn't break me out or make me looks greasy, it makes my face dewy and glowy! Give both a try, but MUFE HD had more color range and coverage.

Try the Kat Von D foundation then, its got insane coverage! Only, remember to use a primer, cuz I only wore it without a primer once and I remember breaking out. I don't have visible pores so earlier I didn't really use primer but I have learnt my lesson.

Loreal true match is my favorite. I have dry/acne prone skin too and I love this foundation.

I used to strictly not wear any makeup while on acne medication, ofcourse I got ridiculed, but hey, for other people you're just a thing to look at, I didn't bother about them. And it sure did help my skin a lot, just a thought.

Revlon Colorstay for dry skin, I love it, it has medium coverage and is definetely buildable and stays put! I put mine on 6 hours ago and it still looks flawless. I personally think it's better than any of the pricier foundations I've tried from sephora..

I just remembered that my doc had prescribed a 12% Glycolic acid cream when my skin was dry and flaky from the medication and accutane, Glycolic acid is super hydrating and you put it on at night and go to sleep, does make your skin photosensitive but hey what acne product doesn't? Maybe you could talk to your derm about it? Glycolic acid is especially helpful in acne scarring and doesn't cause breakout.
