Covering \ getting rid of scars from spots?

In the picture I have no makeup on and as you can see on my forehead and cheeks I have red scars from where spots have been in the past. I was just wondering if any one knew how to get rid of or improve the appearance of these? hope someone can help me, thank you girlies <3.

Deffo use PROACTIV spot treatment cuz it really works on anything but I will admit that it isn't cheap xx

AHA cleanser an try a retinol a few times a week its the gentle form of retin A that a derm would prescribe for acne it helps with the pigmentation as well as future breakouts and always use spf daily.
