38 bucks is too much to pay for a bb cream but just in case you ever splurge go with smash box bb cream.

If you want to splurge on a BB cream, go with an actual bb cream. Like Missha or something.
Best "affordable" primer I've used is Hard Candy's. 8 dollars.

you can buy Skin 79 BB cream on Amazon for under $20. I've bought from there just read reviews. an excellent drugstore primer is Nuance by Salma Hayek available at CVS. its awesome

Hmm.. I think Victoria's Secret primer is under 25. I love it, so happy to have found it. It's great. I also use too faced bb cream, it's $32 but really face products are worth it. You don't wanna cheap out on what goes on your face!

I love the elfs primer for 6$ and my maybelline bb cream for like 8$ deff my favorite! I don't even use foundation!

I'm loving my maybelline BB cream. I do a light dusting of rimmel's "stay matte" powder over top to avoid too much shine.
