Any good tutorials out there? I know what it means but not how to do it. X

I found this tutorial really helpful...just use a lighter foundation for the highlight, a darker one for the contour and then your regular foundation all over....  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBLHE0ME-GA&feature=plcp
