I don't know how many of you get such inquires. There are brides who inquire for bridal packages and services way too early. I have some who sent me inquires in September for a wedding that won't take place till next year as in 2013 summer or fall. Do you respond to such inquiries? Since prices do not always remain the same for competition purposes.

yes absolutely and I would have a simple contract that if its not cancelled 3 months prior you keep the deposit

you give them an estimate that will be priced unless they add ppl the time they'd have to cancel

yes, I respond to all inquiries. many brides just like to have things booked early or at least start asking around because they are excited and anxious about their big day.

But what if they never inquire again and when you reach out they do not respond

That's fine. That would tell me, at least I'm being thought of and my site or FB page is getting hits. :)
