Blisters/Scabs From Having Hair Bleached:/

So, I got my hair done by a student at the school where I go. (Cosmetology school) and unfortunately was wayyyy over charged... But that's another story, anyhow my hair was bleached with up to 7 and a 40 and up to7 w a 20 on new growth, my hair feels like hell:( my scalp is blistered and has scabs and I swear I feel the skin crack every time i turn my head.:( anyone know of anything that can help the scabbing or roughness?
