Keep your hair off of your forehead! Oil can transfer from hair to skin.

At night after you shower rub oil in on your forehead keep it moisturized its most likely producing oil to compensate for the lack of oil.
rubbing oil after I shower at night has really helped and my face is no longer as oily as before. in the morning I just wash my face and put a thick cream (;
