Duri- Rejuvacote. It makes your nails strong & they grow super fast. I apply two coats as my base coats under my regular polish.

Buy a clear polish and chop up garlic and put it inside the polish. Apply 1 or 2 coats so you always have it on :) prenatal pills also help but if you take any other medicine speak to a Dr or,pharmacist to avoid any contraindications :)

Also avoid the square shaped nails because they break easier than squoval and oval shapes. I learned these tips from personal experience.
