When it gets to "that time of month" my acne starts breaking out like crazy! I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to keep it under control? Thank youuu💋

Drink lots of water, I know during that time we all crave sweets. Also use st Ives apricot scrub. And being on the birth Control pill does help also :)
