hi everyone.
how many of you guys have a "safe" look that you know will always make you look beautiful and put together.
Mine is: Doing the cat-eye, mascara, and sometimes my NYX cream lipstick in Antwerp

my safe look I guess i would consider somthing neutral that doesnt stand out too much - i wear it most of the time when Im not doing anything big.
it consists of a simple lid and crease color using the naked palette, no eyeliner, mascara, a light peach cheek, and a soft nudey pink lip! :)

@ andrew B I like the idea of a purple lip, not sure i could pull it off. but do you wear sun screen when you decided to go bare?
@Alexis B neutrals are always the basics and easy way to look very put together, But even if i do a neutral look i still look way to made up :/
Right now i am without foundation, instead i am using only sun screen, gotta protect that yourself

LOL Andrew, I know right? The sun forgets to shine in Scotland.
My safe look is cat eyeliner (using liquid liner) contour and blush, mascara and sometimes a red lip. :)

Honestly, it's just a really neutral look using my Jade #12 palette (similar to the Maybelline Eyestudio Eyeshadow Quad in Copper Chic), Maybelline Falsies, Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer and my everyday foundation routine. :)

my safe look would consist of a neutral eyeshadow, mascara, thick eyeliner, and some bronzer!

When I'm in a rush to get ready (or just too lazy to get all dolled up), I usually just use a neutral colour shadow with black eyeliner on my waterline, Clinique pressed powder, Maybelline mascara, and Burt's Bees pomegranate chapstick. Sometimes I'll swipe some blush on my face if my skin's looking a little dead.

tinted moisturizer, concealer, smudged-out eyeliner, lengthening mascara, coral/pink blush, and some nude gloss. :]

My safe look has to be a smokey eye. It is my go to look, I use some golden brown eyeshadow and dark eyeliner and mascara! I consider my eyes my best feature, so anything I can do to make them stand out, the better! :)

As opposed to a full face, a nude lip with pink gloss & a bronzed smokey eye. A gradient from gold to black. It's my signature eye. :D

A simple (for me) brown/neutral/bronze look, black liner and a nude lip with a coral cheek. Always go to it if I can't think of a look. :)

I don't know if I would call it my safe look as I would my fall back look; Something so simple I could do it in my sleep.
Stila prize shadow, Stila H2O-proof eyeliner in black, black mascara (any kind, I'm not mascara loyal!), Narcisse blusher by Chanel & any lipstick. There is a picture of this look on my profile page before my brows were tattooed.
If I'm simply running out of the house, it's Onxy Stila Kajal liner on my water edge, mascara and lipstick.
xoxo

I suppose my "safe look" is wearing no makeup at all.

I don't particularly have a safe look, I pick out my outfit and then I have it inspire me, I never really have the same look ever, always a bit diffrent

So not a traditional 'safe' idea, but what makes me feel confident 100% of the time is a deep color all over the lid, blended out just enough to diffuse a harsh line, with winged liner and glitter on the inner corner. My favorite colors: royal blue, bright purple, magenta and emerald green. Copper or bronze glitter looks awesome with all of them. Finish with mascara and a little lip balm. Works every time.

My everyday smokey/neutral eye...it's really subtle, but it gives my eye "attitude" (as I like to call it haha), a winged eyeliner, or just simply mascara. I typically conceal, but I don't really care if people see my blemishes and what not (everyone gets them!)

A bit of concealer under the eyes...I MUST fill in my brows....and a tiny bit of mascara! I can happily leave the home with just that unless I get a major breakout.
Or something like this look on my blog-a simple everyday eye http://mariannakbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/05/simple-everyday-eye.html
I always find that a little bit of eyeliner and mascara looks amazing on people with well defined eyebrows!

@ marianna K...yup mascara, eyeliner and define brows make a huge difference.

Concealer, curled eyelashes, lip balm, blush tint or bronzer, and if i'm not in a hurry neutral eye makeup. :) Usually if i'm lazy or in a hurry I skip the blush and eyeshadow. Everyone looks beautiful without makeup, but concealer is great to cover blemishes, redness, undereye circles, etc if you need it ;)
