For foundation I like something that feels a little moisturizing also, I really like Lancome Teint Miracle and I feel like it would work amazingly in the winter! (I have not tried it in the winter but it feels amazing on my face)
For a primer I use L'oreal primer for my face and UD Primer Potion for my eyes.
For moisturizer I love Dove Facial Moisturizer or Mark's Matte Chance Moisturizer (shop mark at http://areyome.mymarkstore.com)
Bronzer: I love Revlon Colorstay Bronzer, it gives a great glow that works all year round!
Blush: Nars Orgasm is my all time favorite but I also love the blush that comes in the elf blush and bronzer duo if I want a little bit of a lighter pink.

I have my tutorials, reviews and hauls mentioning most if not all of these products!

I've honestly experienced winter only once because I moved. So when I went from 80 degree everyday weather to 30 degrees my skin was in bit of a shock.
I use Cliniques Superdefense SPF 25 in the morning. It does smell like minty sunscreen. It's not crazy strong but for those that don't like that I also use Clinique Moisture Surge (mainly for nighttime use). But it works great for either day/night or both. I really like the gel formula & you don't need to apply a large amount.
Foundation: I use MUFE HD all year round.

moisturizer: for winter (and all year round), i use cetaphil's daily moisturizer in the big tub. it's thick so it definitely moisturizes well.
primer: i will always and forever use tarte's clean slate. it has a silicone feel to it (which a lot of people hate) but it makes my skin feel like pure silk.
foundation: i love revlon's photo ready for the winter. in the summer, i sweat like crazy and am very oily but in the wintertime, my skin can handle a full coverage foundation. recently i came across covergirl's aqua smoothers liquid make up though and love it. it's moisturizing but stays on and offers medium coverage so i may switch to that permanetly.
