If you look for Sleek palettes on eBay, you'll find shipping may be much more reasonable than if you order direct. ;)

Aside from that, try the L'Oreal H.I.P./Studio Secrets Professional eyeshadow duos. They come in some pretty bright colours and work quite well. NYX has some bright single eyeshadows. So does Rimmel.

I've seen the eight pan palettes are one of my Walmarts recently, but I don't think that Wet n Wild special editions are every released in Canada. :(

I agree that L'Oreal Hip shadows and NYX shadows are excellent, and Annabelle also makes some nice brighter colours. Some Urban Planet/Stitches stores carry LA Colors eyeshadows in bright coloured palettes.

NYX Cosmetics and LAsplash both offer loose pigments that you use with a base. the LAsplash Splashproof eyeshadow primer works with any loose shadow or pigment. If you can not find the products you are looking for at your drugstore, try Ebay. I've ordered a lot of makeup from the website and have never had an issue.

Wet n Wild Color Icon shadows are fantastic! NYX is also amazing but in Canada only Rexall (Pharma Plus) carries NYX and not even all the Rexall stores will have it :(
