I'm looking for a good face primer that will help control oily skin. I heard some good things about the MAC Prep + Prime Protect spf 50 but I'm still not sure if its a good product. What are your thoughs? Or any other suggestions for good face primers??

i have oily skin and it's pretty okay.. it made my skin smooth but it has light reflecting particals that can tend to make you look extra oily. i had gotten a sample of tarte's clean slate and i really love that. it's silicone based but also mattifying and a little goes a long way. its like a thick gel and helps keep make up on longer than the prep and prime. hope that helps!

I use MAC's Prep and Prime and it's pretty okay. Doesn't do much with oil control though. And like what Samantha said, the primer has these tiny shimmery stuff in it, which you might not want if you are looking for a matte finish.
