Maybelline Dream Matte Powder is good for longer wears!
Silica powders are good as well - like MUFE HD powder, or ELF's HD powder for a cheaper alternative. :D
Elf's also has dimethicone which is a main ingredient in face Primers!

I used Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Pressed Powder. I usually swirl my makeup brush in the powder and tap off the excess so that I don't end up with a cake-y face

Urban Decay Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup is THE BEST powder I've ever, ever used. So worth the price. Even better than Mac Studio Fix.

Oh yeah, I SWEAR by the HD powder. I used to use Make Up Forever's before I discovered ELF's & fell in love. & Yeah, the Maybelline Dream Matte Powder has RAVE reviews. They're both definitely worth looking into. :D

You should use translucent powder to remove any shine or absorb oil. Blotting papers work great as well. Compact powders do have oils in them. Throughout the day if you keep adding compact powder to remove shine you are only adding oil onto oil which makes your pores clog and so on. Loose powders with a shade are also made with oils.hope this helps!

Bare Essentials (:
Any loose mineral powder is great.
And carry around rice papers that absorb oils.
Always wash you're face before you put on makeup to get rid of oil. And it your skin seems tight and dry before you put foundation on dillute your foundation a LITTLE with a good face moisturizer because if you put on foundation when your skin feels tight and dry your face will produce more and more oils. Also i always use a setting spray when everything is applied and my makeup never gets dewey of comes off.

It's a little pricey which kept me from trying it for the longest time, but once i did, i won't use anything else- Cargo Blu Ray HD powder! It's the silkiest pressed powder and it's simply amazing! It runs about $30 at Ulta.

Physician's Formula Magic Mosaic powder is light, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic! I love it, however I wouldn't recommend keeping it your purse with a lot of other objects because the lids are easy to become detached, and are not re-attachable.

I love MAC's blot powder and pressed translucent powder.
