I'd try to do something neutral. If it's more of a trendy place you can play it up w/some color.

I would say a simple neutral look will always be best for interviews. Marlena (makeupgeektv [youtube]) has a few videos for neutral eye and ideas. Also, just remember to SMILE :) Good luck!

I think it depends on where you're interviewing for. Did you pay attention to what other employees wear on their face for work? I know at places like American Apparel, they like it when girls wear BARELY any makeup. Then at places like Bebe, a lot of them wear smoky eyes.
