Products that Even Skin Tone and Reduce Redness and Scaring

I was wanting to know if anyone knows of any good products that reduce redness and acne scaring and evens out your skin tone. I've had redness and acne scaring since freshman year of highschool... I just figured that I would wait and see if it would go away, but I am now a Junior in college and it still hasn't.

Does anyone have any great products to recommend? Price does not matter to me in this situation, I'm just scared to go out and buy a product that doesn't work very well.

Thanks so much, Mandy! I have a Clarisonic as well, I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I can definitely see a difference, but I was wondering in there's some topical things I can put on to reduce the redness and scaring even more. Thanks for the advice about the soap, I think I'm going to order some! :)
