You might want to do thinner layers of the polish. The thicker you do each layer, the more likely it will have that bubbling effect.

Whenever my nail polish gets like that, ((my ORLY ones do this ALOT)) I always pour a little bit of remover into the bottle and shake it up. It keeps the polish from clumping. Now air bubbles are another thing. You may have a type of polish you shouldn't shake before applying. Try letting it settle a little more.
Hope this helped!

Try wiping down your nail with nail polish remover and blotting them off right before you apply. Excess oils on the nails can cause the polish to bubble, the polish remover helps to dehydrate. Good luck!!

My mom told me a long time ago that it's because the first (or previous) layer is not dry yet. Mine gets bubbly like that a lot too because I'm super impatient. If I were you, next time I paint my nails I'd paint the first layer, wait at least 15 minutes, then do the second layer.
Hope this helps!

Try letting the layers dry before putting on a second coat. :)

Agh! First off, you shouldn't really put remover in your nail polish. Here's why: http://www.labmuffin.com/2012/07/is-it-ok-to-add-nail-polish-remover-to.html
Aight, phew, now that's out of the way. http://www.lacquerized.com/2010/10/how-to-prevent-bubbling.html This link has some conventional tips, and in the comments some other stuff about bubbling. My polish used to bubble all. the. time., and I tried all these weird things to get it to stop, but all I had to do was switch top coats. I now use NYC Grand Central Station. Hope this helps!

That usually happens to me when my hands get really warm, so maybe before putting on the nail polish you should put your hands through cool water! Hope I helped

Don't shake the bottle! If it needs to be mixed before use, roll it between your palms. Shaking causes bubbles, so does changes in temp.

Couple drops of rubbing alcohol in nail polish helps for me. Make sure to wash and scrub with anti bacterial soap after filing and using nail polish remover

Dont shake your polish! Instead roll it inbetween your hands and make sure all oils are off your hands first let each coat dry before you put on the next hope it helps :-)
