So, I've just finished reading Kelly Cutrone's "Normal Gets You Nowhere" - has anyone else read it?

I'm gleaning so much good advice and wisdom about business and life in general from her, and her other book "If You Have To Cry, Go Outside" really gave me some insight in how I can deal with my staff a little more effectively.

Has anyone else read her brilliant, wickedly funny writing?
