I am looking for a good eye cream to help ease and prevent any fine lines from forming, and possibly help with dark circles. Any suggestions?

you can't fail with this 100% it gets rid of dark circles and lifts the eye

I really like BeneFit "It's Potent!" and Malin + Goetz eye creams. M + G has a high dose of hyaluronic acid, and keeps the eye area protected and smooth.

I would suggest a light cream or gel since you're young and don't need a heavy cream- I've used Neutrogena Ageless Restoratives Anti-oxidant eye cream and Healthy Skin eye cream, both of which are more of a gel and help with fine lines. I've also tried Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting serum which helps with brightening the eye area.
