The train cases are kind of useless to me - since I only use them whenever a friend wants me to do their makeup and I need to transport it. I still don't prefer them much because they are heavy and cumbersome...
You would think cute storage solutions would be all over the place, but ones that are actually useful and convenient aren't easy to come across... =(

I need a vanity so bad! My storage is great, but I don't really have a place to sit down to do my makeup! UGH! Drives me nuts. I just can't seem to find a vanity that I like! I wanted the Malm one, but now I hear that the smaller one is only carried in white? Boo!!

I have the Malm Dressing Table by Ikea in White. I am still in the midst of organizing because I really dont know what I want to do with the wall. I will post pics once I have it all set up with a chair and much more organized on the bottom :)

There is a bigger version of the tool box that I have been debaiting on. I really like the desk idea but I have to have everything high and locked away. (Kids get to EVERYTHING)

Mima... I HATE my vanity set-up. If it weren't for renting and small spaces, I'd have your MALM... except now it's been discontinued in the larger sizes... *cries*
I've been searching high and low for a nice and practical vanity [mirrored ones are nice, but think of the fingerprints and constant dusting!] - but they don't make too many. IKEA made a big boo-boo discontinuing the larger MALM...
I think I'm going to have to do a DIY on my next one, because I've grown out of mine much too long ago... =/

@Monica- thank you! the way i see it, is if i am going to spend money on makeup i rather not cheap out, i prefer products i know will work and are good quality.
