Hi! I live in Japan. I will move to the state next year and I would like to work at makeup counter or as a freelance makeup artist, It will be small business. Do I need a license? in Japan we need a license for work at makeup counter.

Here in the states you do not need any type of license to work at a makeup counter. It is considered a typical retail/sales job.
