I love Nireyna and Apropo's videos, they are amazing. Besides them there are few YT'ers I know that do the technique frequently.

The one's I know are either italian or russian, I'll leave there channel either way:

I'm familiar with Nireyna, her pencil skill is phenomenal.

I think the type of pencil (as in art) is important. While I remember her doing a lot of blending, I feel like the pencils were slightly harder. That would allow for more control and precision, as well as a better wear time.

The pencil technique video that watched looked as if the process of applying and blending the pencil tugged a lot at the eye. I know they eye is a sensitive area will doing this look cause wrinkles? Maybe I just watched a not so good video? I love how it looks when finished but I don't like all the eye tugging and pulling.
